Introducing Notes, a new way to collaborate directly within Spot’s case management system.
Whether you’re drafting a summary, taking interview notes, or sharing findings, Notes makes it simple to work together in real time.
Notes are auto-saved, so you’ll never lose your work.
Multiple people can edit at once—you’ll see updates as they happen.
Every change is stored in your case’s activity timeline, ensuring a full audit trail.
It’s designed for how HR, compliance, and legal teams actually collaborate—no more copy/pasting from shared docs or waiting for updates via email.

⚙️ New case type: Corrective Actions
Drafting and approving sensitive documents used to mean endless back-and-forth. Spot now makes it seamless for managers to take action on a policy violation.
With the new Corrective Actions case type, Spot:
Feeds in your organization’s policies, surfacing the relevant one automatically.
Launches an AI-guided interview that helps the manager gather facts and context.
Drafts a corrective action document as they respond, aligned with your policies and tone.
Submits it for review and approval instantly.
Because Spot’s AI understands what details are needed for each policy type, the resulting documentation is consistent, compliant, and complete. And that means approvals move faster.
This feature closes the gap between policy and real-world management decisions, helping teams act quickly and fairly when corrective measures are needed.

Recently we highlighted Spot's new Case Agent, which can pull analytics and draft case communications in seconds.
Need to find that one case that set a precedent? Or surface repeat patterns across locations? With Case Agent, you can query your entire case history in plain language. For example:
Show me health & safety concerns that resulted in termination
Pull up attendance cases in California closed in the last six months
Show me a graph of all cases related to theft
No more trawling through spreadsheets or folders. Just ask.
You can also ask the Case Agent to draft communications, such as follow-up questions for a specific case. It will create a draft based on everything that's happened in the case, then you review, edit, and send. Done.
