Case Agent: Your case data, on demand

Need to find that one case that set a precedent? Or surface repeat patterns across locations? With Spot’s AI Case Agent, you can query your entire case history in plain language:
Show me safety and compliance concerns that resulted in termination
Pull up attendance cases in California closed in the last six months
Show me all cases mentioning beverage theft
No more trawling through spreadsheets or folders. Just ask—and Spot responds instantly with structured, accurate results.
You can also ask the Case Agent to draft communications, such as follow-up questions for a specific case. It will create a draft based on everything that's happened in the case so far, which you can review, edit, and send. Done.
Automations: Less admin, more impact

Case management is full of repetitive, time-consuming tasks. Spot’s Automations now handle them for you:
Auto-assign priority levels and route cases
Trigger reminders or SLA breach alerts
